Tradiciones culinarias criollas como herencia de la emigración

Dentro del complejo marco socio-cultural el estudio analizará la cocina del noroeste argentino – y por consiguiente la cultura que en un sentido amplio incluye también a la literatura – y específicamente las de la zona andina urbana y rural de la provincia de Salta, donde aún hoy se conservan algunas tradiciones culinarias que se transmiten de generación a generación.
Creole Culinary Traditions as an Inheritance of Emigration
This study analyzes the north-western Argentinian cuisine within its complex socio-cultural framework, including to a greater extent the culture and literature of the urban Andes area and of the rural province of Salta, where still today some ancient culinary traditions are handed down from generation to generation.

All’interno del complesso quadro socio-culturale, lo studio analizzerà la cucina del nord-ovest argentino - e quindi la cultura che in senso lato comprende anche la letteratura - e, nello specifico, quelle dell'area andina urbana e rurale della provincia di Salta, dove ancora oggi si conservano alcune tradizioni culinarie che si tramandano di generazione in generazione.
