En este par de cuentos la cultura de los pueblos se manifiesta a través de los personajes y las acciones turbulentas que desde lo cotidiano traspasan el umbral hasta lo incierto y tenebroso, las supersticiones que rondan en el imaginario colectivo. Esas criaturas diabólicas que se encarnan en la tradición popular. Así, los niños, víctimas desvalidos de este entrecijo imaginativo.
Ancestral Customs
In these two stories, folk culture is manifested through the characters and the turbulent everyday actions that verge onto the uncertain and the obscure, namely onto , those superstitions that haunt the collective imagination and those diabolic creatures found in folk traditions. Children thus become helpless victims of this imaginative interplay.
