The Poetic Voice of Friulani Writers in Canada
Keywords:
Friulian writers, emigration, CanadaAbstract
Friulani writers in Canada all deal with this lost history in their families and towns. As they compose stories and poems they try to reconstruct this lost history from the fragments. Immigrant families kept few records or documents so that stories are often passed down by word of mouth.
