Cette contribution souligne l’importance des écrits de Gisèle Halimi (Le Lait de l’oranger, 1988), pour la mémoire des oppressions coloniales au Maghreb (guerre d’Algérie), en considérant les convergences entre la cause des colonisés et la “cause des femmes” (1973), en vertu d’un humanisme qui récuse le sectarisme identitaire.
Gisele Halimi and Anti-Colonialist Responsibility. A Lawyer at the Intersection of Commitments
This contribution underlines the importance of the writings of Gisèle Halimi (Le Lait de l'Oranger, 1988), for the memory of colonial oppression in the Maghreb (Algerian war), by considering the convergences between the cause of the colonized and “The cause of women” (1973), by virtue of a humanism that challenges identity sectarianism.

Questo contributo sottolinea l'importanza degli scritti di Gisèle Halimi (Le Lait de l'oranger, 1988), per la memoria dell'oppressione coloniale nel Maghreb (guerra d'Algeria), considerando le convergenze tra la causa dei colonizzati e la "causa delle donne" (1973), in virtù di un umanesimo che rifiuta il settarismo identitario.
