Otherness, the Gap and the In-between: François Jullien and Nancy Huston's Self-translating Utopia
This analysis proposes to take into account how Nancy Huston declines in her work ‒ in particular in Limbo / Limbes (1998) and in Bad Girl (2014) – a self-translating utopia that it is interesting to probe through the notion of linguistic and cultural gap proposed by the philosopher François Jullien.
