Nell'ultimo parte verrà messo in evidenza la funzione del vestito come metafora eil parallelo tra la funzione dell'abito nel personaggio di Bianca Zagolin e quella che appare in Emma Bovary.

The research analyses the presence and the function of dress in the Qebecois novel Bianca Zagolin’s Une femme à la fenêtre. It focuses on the following points: dress/style; dress/seduction; dress/erotic pleasure; dress/personality; dress/mediation; dress/metaphor. In conclusion, it establishes the links between this novel and the XIXth and XXth french novel history.
