Vicenda umana e creazione poetica in Alfonsina Storni
Keywords:
vita, poesia, amore, morte, Alfonsina StorniAbstract
Human Life and Poetic Creation in the works of Alfonsina Storni
This study aims to overturn some contradictory criticism on Alfonsina Storni’s poetry, which reconstructs her life. Born in Canton Ticino, she emigrated to Argentina and thus addresses topics, such as love, death and delusion, like other contemporary female poets from the Rio de la Plata region. Yet her lyrical I reveals that she was an ante litteram anti-conformist and feminist.
